DELIVERY
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
West Coast Bamboo deliver Australia wide. We do not take international orders.
For retail orders over $150 we ship to Australian addresses free of charge. For other orders we charge a small, flat fee.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We aim to process orders asap but please allow up to 7 days for processing. We send all parcels from the WA Coast via E-Parcel Post. Parcels will arrive at most addresses within 1-3 days.
How can I track delivery of my order?
Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your parcel which you can use to trace your delivery on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer 30 day returns on all orders!
We accept that an item you've bought online may sometimes be not quite suitable for whatever reason. If this is the case, then you can simply return the unwanted item to us within 30 days (in it's original packaging, tags intact and in an unused condition) for an exchange, store credit or refund - your choice. We hope you will understand that we can not refund shipping costs associated with the original order and its return in such cases.
We take great pride in our business and the quality of our products and so if, on the rare occasion, you discover your items to be faulty or damaged upon delivery then please contact us immediately. An exchange, store credit or refund is available - your choice - and all shipping costs associated with the original order and return of the product (in it's original packaging, tags intact and in an unused condition) will be refunded in full.
