Hi there, my name is Lynn and my love of bamboo began about 2 years ago when I bought a set of bamboo sheets online. I had never heard of bamboo fabric before and bought the sheets on a whim. When they arrived I was amazed to find they were as soft as silk and cool and dry in the hot weather we were experiencing that summer. My husband Steve loved them too and asked why we hadn't tried them before.

I started looking in retail stores and shopping centres but couldn't find much in 100% organic bamboo. I have continued to buy sheets, towels and other bamboo products online since then - both for us and our extended family.

One day while driving offroad on a camping holiday, Steve and I were chatting about many of our friends asking us where we found our bamboo products and how difficult it still was to find them in stores. So we decided to do something about it and start a business selling the best of the bamboo products we have tried and loved... and West Coast Bamboo was born.
